In May 2026, right after the launch of Trinetra 1.0, we chose the villages and farmers for our first pilot. Three villages, fifteen farmers and one crop: turmeric. Planting began in June 2026.

How a pilot field is run
Every field is mapped by GPS before the season starts.
Seeds and bio-inputs are prescribed by our agricultural scientists.
Our Grama Sarathi works with the farmers from land preparation to harvest.
Each stage is recorded on Trinetra 1.0 with photos, a short video and a note on what is happening.

Every upload from the field is checked by our Traceability Commanders inside MahathaRise before it becomes part of the crop's record.
